HILTON CORPORATION

 Owned end-to-end product design for Hilton’s global payments ecosystem across desktop and mobile platforms, shaping both customer-facing and internal experiences through strategy, execution, and iterative user research. 

  • Designed Hilton’s front-end digital payments experience, integrating Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Pay with Points to create intuitive, accessible checkout flows validated through iterative testing. 

  • Collaborated with Product, Engineering, Legal, Hotel staff, and third-party partners, including Apple and Google, to ensure technical feasibility, platform alignment, brand consistency, and compliance across all payment integrations. 

  • Redesigned Hilton's internal Enterprise Payments Platform (EPP), simplifying complex workflows and introducing modern UX patterns to improve usability, task efficiency, and clarity for hotel staff and corporate teams worldwide.
